This blog was created as a way to document and share my experiences on the road. I am mostly focusing on my road riding/distance riding, however I may throw in some of my other hobbies as well.

Mercer Island TT
On Sunday after work, I headed out with Jake to meet up with Adam and ride Mercer. We did a nice warm up lap, and then a 10 mi TT. I started the TT off at too high of a pace. My heartrate was way too high, and I stomach cramped. Unfortunately, that meant Adam dropped me. He finished at 27:32 and I came in at 30:32. Exactly 3 minutes later. I was pleased that I pushed on through the pain though with an average speed just below 20 mph. This is going to be my new training ride for cyclocross: a high intensity high speed 10 miles.
Here are some nice pics we took using Jakes camera.
I am a full time fashion student at the Art Institute of Seattle, A sales person/model at Blackbird, a men's boutique in Ballard, and a lover of all things cycling. I race bmx, compete in fixed freestyle, and cyclocross. I also play the drums and keyboard.
