Future Tense picture. I was trying 180 bar spins, however they just turned into slams! Pic is good though.
Is right around the corner. I want to win this season in Mens 3. SO....
That means I am going to start training now. I figure I have enough saddle time, so I am going to cross train for cross by running. Tomorrow will be my first day running in like years. I will probably die, but whatever thats what I need because you expend so much more energy running that cycling.
I figure if I can do an hour of fast running, I can do an hour of fast cyclocross no problem.
Ill post how it goes tomorrow.
